Jean Harvell Wright is an accomplished sales and marketing business professional. Jean has sold business and consumer products ranging from hospice services, regulated medical devices, insurance services, membership programs to gourmet specialty foods. Jean’s talents, however, go beyond sales and marketing with extensive project management, quality, operations, and product development while at General Electric and a small to medium small businesses. Jean has sold and marketed products to and for many strong brands including Ascension Health, AARP, Citibank, JC Penney, Lowes, McKesson, and Walmart.
Today, Jean is the Owner and Solutions Director of OnGrowth Solutions with a vision of helping small and mid-sized businesses drive growth. Serving as a natural extension of the business, Jean is laser-focused on understanding the customers’ needs and challenges. It is only then solutions can be mutually explored and developed.
When not actively consulting, Jean spends time with family and friends at her favorite place in the world, Washington Island, Wisconsin. Jean also enjoys long walks around the lake, gardening and “twisty turny” rides on a Harley rockin’ on the pillion seat!
